Dave Gibbons - Dave is the Founding Pastor of NewSong Church, a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, multi-continental, multi-site church in inner-city Los Angeles, North Orange County, Irvine, and Bangkok. Alan Hirsch
- Alan is the founding Director of Forge Mission Training Network. Known for his innovative  approach to mission.   Alan is a teacher and key mission strategist  for  churches  across  the  western  world.  He’s the author of three important books:

Tricia Lovejoy – Tricia is the wife of Shawn Lovejoy and has been involved with the planting of Mountain Lake Church while raising three children and keeping Shawn straight.  She is a stay at home mom and has a passion for helping other church planter’s wives navigate the dangerous waters of church planting.  Tricia has been involved with just about every aspect of planting.
 
Shawn Lovejoy  - Shawn is Lead Pastor of Mountain Lake Church, a church he planted along with Chad Ward and their families in January of 2000 in Cumming, a suburb north of Atlanta. Several years and 2000 people later, Shawn still has a heart for helping people belong and become. Shawn is also the co-founder of churchplanters.com and author of the popular blog www.shawnlovejoy.com.  
 
Todd Nichols  - Todd is the Worship Pastor for Mountain Lake Church.  Prior to this position, he served churches in Florida and New York City.  Before becoming a Worship Pastor, he traveled the world leading and directing the musical group Truth.

Darrin Patrick - Darrin founded The Journey in 2002 with a desire to plant a church in the heart of St. Louis, Missouri. Darrin is Vice President of The Acts29 Church Planting Network.  Darrin’s passion is to equip the church to live the gospel in the world. Darrin is working on his first book, The Man, The Message, The Mission. Today, The Journey runs four services across three campuses, while continuing to be aggressive in church planting in St Louis and beyond. www.journeyon.net
 
David Putman - David is one of the Pastors at Mountain Lake Church where he serves as the Strategic and Operational Leader. His responsibilities focus on issues related to "growing" the church's impact in its community and around the world. David has been a part of MLC prior to its inception.
David is co-founder of www.churchplanters.com.  He is also author of Breaking the Discipleship Code and co-author of Breaking the Missional Code with Ed Stetzer.  His third book Simply Jesus Detox for the Overly Religious is due to be released in January 2010.  www.findingthejesusway.com
 
Tami Putman – Tami is the wife of David Putman.  She has raised two children: Amanda a student in early childhood education and Dave who is a member of the Army’s 82nd Airborne.  She has been a part of helping plant a number of churches.  She has help establish multiple children’s ministries from scratch.  She spends much of her time cleaning up her husband’s messy books so the publisher will actually publish them.  
 
James Rodder – James serves as the Creative Arts Director for Mountain Lake Church.  Prior to joining the MLC team he served in similar positions at the Journey Church in New York City.  Growing up in San Diego he cut his teeth developing the production ministry for North Coast Church.
 
John Worcester - John has planted and pastored seven churches in a variety of settings. He has also created a non-profit organization called Church Planting Leadership that has trained over 5000 church planters from over 30 countries, and 42 denominations.  While on the Saddleback staff John created a Purpose Driven Church Planting Basic Training curriculum that helps church planters contextualize and practically apply the Biblical principles found in the Purpose Driven Church.
