Velocity is the rate of speed.  What speed are we moving at?

OUR CULTURE PUTS A LOT OF EMPHASIS ON SPEED. Speed is daring and exciting. Often as the church we fall into the trap of needing to run faster and faster. We believe the faster we accelerate the more impact we will have. Often we have a different kind of impact as we hit the wall head-on.

WE CAN ALSO MOVE TOO SLOW. This can happen when our leadership lacks a clear vision and are paralyzed by the complexity of decisions before them. We don't hit the wall. We simply never get to the wall.

VELOCITY IS ABOUT A DIFFERENT KIND OF SPEED. It is about keeping in step with the Holy Spirit. Jesus invites us into a new world. This world is His Kingdom. There are times when we must speed up. There are times that we must slow down. This is the velocity that we embrace.

Conference Highlights Include

PRE-CONFERENCE TRACKS. These Pre-Conference Tracks are desinged to help you arrive to Velocity early and participate in specific small enviornments focused on topics that would benefit you the most.  Each of the Pre-Conference Tracks are led by experienced ministry leaders and will give you the resources you need to succeed.

PASTOR WIVES TRACK.  Each year we provide a specific tracks during our breakout sessions for Pastor Wives and other women in ministry.  The ladies involved in this track will attend the main sessions and then participate in the Pastor Wives Track during the breakout portion of the conference.  This track will feature Tricia Lovejoy and other women in ministry who understand the "ups and downs" of being a Pastor's wife.

WORSHIP/PRODUCTION TRACK.  This year we are excited to announce a NEW area of focus at our conference.  This Worship Arts Track will allow Worship Pastors, Production Leaders and other media and tech leaders from your church the opportunity to learn from some of the industries best leaders.  This track will be held during the breakout session portion of the conference and will focus on worship leading, production elements, the creative planning process, how to lead musicians and other creative types, and how to take your worship experience to the next level.
